Have you ever been told something like this? Sounds confusing, right? Such jargon might be thrown around by some tech folks either because they're used to it or, sometimes, to avoid more questions. But you won't hear such confusing language from us.
Our goal is to find the right balance between a human-friendly explanation and a technical description, tailored to the individual's preference. Some prefer a simple summary of what happened, while others might want a more detailed technical breakdown.
Every user is unique, and understanding their preference is key. We know all our users and, therefore, usually understand the type of answer they expect. One universal truth, however? Everyone appreciates knowing that steps have been taken to prevent a similar problem from recurring in the future.
